Metalleştirmeden önce, şeffaf polyester film işlenen plazmadan geçirilir, daha sonra bu taraftaki yapışma kabiliyetini ve ıslatma gerilimini arttırmak için karşı tarafta plazma işlemine tabi tutularak metalleştirilir.
Müşterinin ihtiyacına göre optik yoğunluk 1.0-3.5OD'dir.
Metalize PET film, aroma, oksijen, nem, süre vb. açısından daha yüksek kalınlığa sahip iyi bir bariyerdir.

Higher optical density is a higher barrier for improving the bond strength of laminated film.
